January 2021 Sketches 2

Here's a picture featuring Masaki Andoh from Super Robot Wars/Masou Kishin. The idea was suggested by Robin Hafner.

"Masaki Andoh from Super Robot Wars/Masou Kishin as/becoming a massive (and buff) catboy.

Honestly, I don't have much of a reason for this one. I don't even have much plot behind the idea. I just know that his familiars are cats, so him being a catboy makes some measure of sense, surely!"

A new experiment was held in order to improve the efficiency of pilots. In order for pilots to be fully "connected" to their mechs, thhis experiment was going to take a step further, and fuse the mechs with their pilots! Of course, it's been developed for years, so the fusion can be safely done after.

Masaki, being informed about this, excitedly offered himself as one of the first volunteers for the experiment.

All was prepared for the experiment, Masaki was sitting on a massive machine, his body connected to a bunch of cables that were directly linked to his mech. THe proccess was about to start...but his familiar cats, Kuro and Shiro, were messing around the lab while this was happening. Between them playing around, and the maching starting, they ended up tumbling into the cables! Seemingly dissappearing in the proccess.

Masaki was filled with electrifying energy that he's never felt before, it almost hurts, but after a few seconds, he got used to the constant course of energy flowing into his body. Once the proccess was done...it didn't go as planned, the mech was still there, which was supposed to disappear into Masaki's body. All that was left was the mech, but with no energy in it at all.

THe main scientist approached a very exhausted looking Masaki, green sparkles appearing shining on his body. "How do you feel, Masaki?" The scientist asked, while offering his hand to help Masaki up. Masaki barely had energy to put what he felt in words...but for some reason...he really wanted to play with Yarn Balls for some reason?

Before he could say anything, he suddenly felt the energy coursing through his body again, but this time was different. Instead of feeling it coursing through just his bloodstream, he could feel like his muscles were being stimulated by this energy. He looked down at his body, and it wasn't just a feeling...his muscles were actually expanding! Through constant surges, his body kept on bumping upwards and outwards! THe scientist, surprised by this, started to slowly back off...until it was obvious Masaki's growth wasn't stopping anytime soon, Masaki was already double his original height! The scientist had no idea when Masaki's growth was going to stop, so he decided to evacuate everyone from the building! Meanwhile, Masaki's head already reached the building's ceiling, and the rest of the body filling up the rest of the place! Crushing every machine on his way.

As if things weren't getting weirder, Masaki felt some kind of itch on his head, he tried scratching and...there were a couple of cat ears! Not only that, but he could se a tail swinging in front of him! He could feel that the tail has surged all the way from his lower body. In all the confusion, all he could do was to just embrace from impact...since he was about to burst out of the building!

*BOOOOM!* Finally, Masaki surged out, ddestroying the whole building in the proccess, finally being able to stretch his massive limbs freely. His body kept on growing until the surrounding buildings looked more like Lego buildings. Once the growth finally stopped, he was finally able to see his body clearly...well, at least the experiment was kind of successful, with this body, no mech was going to be match against his sheer size and strength! 

His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a couple of familiar sounding chuckles...he looked on both of his shoulders, and he could see his familiar cats! Except, they seemed to be made of particles and sparkles. All of this was way too confusing...but Masaki was glad to see that both of them and the rest of the people are doing fine.
