Rusty Seas - The Lalo Update

And here it is, the last major update before we move into putting Rusty Seas out as a demo! Some new features and changes:

- Game now goes to a title screen on startup
- A SAVE SYSTEM! LIKE A REAL GAME!
- Players can now call Lalo from the overworld map
- Grassy Gravelpath added as an endcap to the demo
- Overhauled outfits - blue one piece now has slightly enhanced stats from the baseline of all other outfits, and all other outfits now get a gimmick and no drawback.

I did implement a few limitations in this (alpha?) demo. For starters, only the purple wetsuit and red vest are available for purchase from the Outfitters. Additionally, it is impossible by design to buy everything with just the dimes from the areas available. As the game nears completion, I should have a better idea of how much money there is in the game world, and prices will probably shift accordingly. Also, game progression (marked as a % in each save slot) will cap out around 31%. How progression is calculated will likely change once the full game is released. Also also, there's still no music, but I plan to fix that.

Next up is working on the hype real/teaser for Rusty Seas, and then working to secure a deal for the music. Wish me luck!
