Rusty Seas - Surprise! Emily Update!

And ahead of schedule, I might add! This time, we have even more additions than the Nymph update, including:

- The introduction of Northshore Outfitters and Emily
- A star-rating system for all of the levels to keep track of completion (still no save feature yet, but coming soon!)
- Advanced stages - After you get a perfect score on a stage, you will be given the option to play an advanced version for an additional rustheap and dimes.
- The beginning of a small questline for Emily
- The first appearance and implementation of Pool Vixen
- A slew of programming tweaks and quality of life improvements, including more visible off-screen warning indicators, audio cues on enemy attacks, and feedback on claiming junk/treasure/rustheaps (moneysplosion!)

As always, keep me informed if any of you encounter bugs, crashes, or glitches, or if you want to let me know of any improvements or additions you'd like to see (inb4 controller support: that's a backburner addition). I've still been going over everything with a fine tooth comb and testing as much as time will allow, but we all have our blind spots.

Next up is the last stretch that will bring this game out of alpha phase and prep it for a proper beta/demo release - the Lalo update.
