It's funny that you called Remus Lupin "an angel", his character has no name in the movie, on IMDB.com credits he's just called "the hospitaller" which is a type of knight. It is kind of implied that he might actually be an Angel, he's always showing up at the right time in the movie. So good catch.
This is the first time I've watched the entire director's cut, it's so different from the theatrical cut. Much better. For example, in the theatrical cut the camera kept focusing on that grave digger soldier toward the end, but because they cut out most of the gravedigger scenes I had no idea who that guy was. I was confused why the camera kept focusing on that random scarred dude not realizing he was in the beginning of the movie. Now it all makes sense.
