2024-09-07 04:28:00 +0000 UTCAhh, “The Naked Gun 2 1:2”. I actually saw this in the theater on my birthday in 1991. I love the silly humor in these movies and the “Ghost” parody was hilarious. The next movie was originally titled “The Naked Gun 33 1/3: For The Record”.

Quentin is played by Robert Goulet, a famous American singer with an operatic voice best known for singing the hit "Some Enchanted Evening" from the hit Broadway musical South Pacific among other major hit songs. The wacky hand gestures was spoofing President George Bush... who overused hand gestures. Just filling in the blanks.
