To keep it blunt, he's a fun way for me to play around with "sexual exorcism", in which he assaults a possessed male victim, and forcefully extracts the supernatural being from their body through intercourse. His physical strength allows him to restrain the victim as their passenger attempts to lash out in defense until extraction is complete.
The host is typically killed as a result of the extraction, as the being is forcefully funneled through their body into a concentrated point, which becomes to much for their physical form to bear. The demonic or otherwise supernatural being is then rebirthed later from his Roc's own womb, leaving them in an infantile state, fragile and exposed. They are then granted swift and merciless destruction, and cast back into the Echoing Halls where all condemned beings reside, creeping in the shadows and preying upon the souls of the damned that are forced to wander for eternity.
His original headcanon is to extract the demon from Terry's body in this manner, and then destroy them both. This is intended to leave Lucifer with no options for remaining on Earth, and cause him to return to his original destiny as the inheritor of their father's—the Reaper's—duties.
