I know it doesnt seem like it, but I truly believe Frank loves his entire family, but in a dysfunctional way, and I believe that all the kids love him too in their own way....except Ian. Ian, I can't tell, if any kid was to not love him it would be Ian. But look at Jimmy's family. The secrets, dishonesty, disappearing not calling to check in and the father is used to it. What kind of family love is that? I'd take Gallagher's relationship any day. Its real love, dysfunctional, but it exists! I actually admire it comparing it to my own family(no drunks, providers and present, all have careers, married, "normal and non dysfunctional"). Can you BLESS us sometimes with 2 eps/wk? Like every show gets special love every wk/month or whatever.
