Just your average Garage Sale (Harpy/Lamia Tg)

At Nagisa’s garage sale, the driveway was cluttered with tables laden with all sorts of oddities and knick-knacks. The real gems, however, lay hidden under clothes and out of the ordinary sight, a collection of mysterious figurines known only to those with an eye for the magical.

Hilda, a purple-scaled lamia with striking white hair, was brimming with excitement as she led her friends, George and Manuel, through the maze of tables. George, a tall, unassuming guy with a skeptical eyebrow permanently raised, exchanged a puzzled glance with Manuel, a more easygoing sort with a penchant for novelty.

As soon as they reached the main table, Hilda wasted no time. "Last time my girlfriend got something really special here... Do you have more of those little transformative figurines? I wanted to see them personally and even got you some victims with me,” she said with a mischievous grin.

Nagisa, the dark-skinned woman with vibrant orange hair tied back in a casual ponytail, couldn’t help but chuckle at Hilda’s enthusiasm. She was used to curiosity, but Hilda’s forthrightness was refreshing. “I always keep a few special items for those who know what to look for. What are you looking for?” Nagisa asked, her voice warm and inviting.

“Surprise me. Give them something flashy, pretty, and busty,” Hilda nodded towards her friends, who were still trying to make sense of the situation.

In the background, George leaned towards Manuel, whispering, “Do you have any idea why we’re here?”

Manuel shrugged, his eyes scanning the array of items. “Not a clue. I thought this was just a regular garage sale. Maybe find a cool lamp or something?”

Nagisa rummaged through her stand, her fingers skimming over various curios before pausing on a couple of hidden gems. As she pondered over her selection, she threw a few playful questions over her shoulder at Hilda. "How wild do we want this to be?" she asked with a hint of mischief in her voice.

"Very wild," Hilda responded, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

"Do we want to go royal?" Nagisa continued, holding up a figurine that shimmered subtly under the cloth.

"Yeah, sure. Royal sounds good," Hilda agreed nonchalantly.

"Ground, air, or sea?" Nagisa’s voice was light, almost sing-song as she teased out Hilda’s preferences.

"Surprise me," Hilda chuckled, giving Nagisa full creative license.

With a satisfied nod, Nagisa selected two particularly ornate figurines and handed them to George and Manuel, who looked at each other with bewildered expressions. "Just hold on to these for a bit," she said, as the figurines started to glow in their hands.

George and Manuel examined the glowing items, unsure of what was happening or what they were supposed to do next. Meanwhile, Hilda turned back to Nagisa, her curiosity piqued. "So, where do you get these figurines from?"

"Oh, I make them myself," Nagisa replied casually, as if crafting transformative magical items was no different from knitting a scarf.

"Really? How does one make something amazing like that by yourself?" Hilda asked, impressed. She gestured towards George and Manuel, who were beginning to transform to neither Nagisas nor Hilda's surprise… hips widening, waists narrowing, and other rapid changes.

"It's a bit of an art form," Nagisa explained, watching the transformations take place with a practiced eye. "You start with a base of plastic, add a pinch of magic, and a lot of imagination. The real trick, though, is in the enchantments. Each one is tailored to the figurine's new owner."

Hilda briefly looked at the boys reshaping by the magic for a moment, but instantly turned back to Nagisa, her curiosity growing with each passing second. But not about the transformation, that one was almost an aside by this point. "Hold on, I have a lot of questions. How can you tailor something to someone when they haven't even bought it yet?"

Nagisa flashed a knowing smile, her eyes twinkling with secrets that she clearly didn't plan to reveal. "Let's just say: I have my ways of knowing," she replied cryptically.

Meanwhile, the transformations of George and Manuel were becoming more pronounced. George’s arms began to sprout delicate feathers, the beginnings of wings emerging, while Manuel’s legs shimmered with green scales, slowly fusing together into a serpentine tail. Both of them glanced at each other, their expressions a mix of confusion and absolute concern as their bodies reshaped.

"This feels very un-human," Hilda remarked, half-joking, half-serious looking at the very clearly non-human Nagisa. "Are you by chance a witch or something?"

"Or something," Nagisa chuckled, her tone light but evasive. "I'd rather not go into detail yet."

"Is it that bad?" Hilda prodded, her gaze flicking between her friends’ transformations and Nagisa’s nonchalant demeanor.

"Oh no, nothing sinister," Nagisa assured her with a wave of her hand. "I just want my garage sale to stay a regular garage sale, with a magical twist. As one does."

As they spoke, Manuel and George's transformations took on even more dramatic changes. Manuel’s hair lengthened rapidly, cascading down his shoulders in glossy, black waves, while George’s hair took on a greenish tint, growing long and silky, complemented by a pair of sharp, elflike ears that now framed his changing face.

George, feeling the weight of his new ears, reached up to touch them, his eyes wide. "This is wild," he muttered, his voice higher than before, tinged with a mix of excitement and disbelief.

Manuel, now sporting a tail, tried to balance his new form, his movements awkward as he adapted. "Yeah, wild is one word for it," he agreed, his voice smooth, feminine and high, a stark contrast to his usual tone.

As the magical chaos unfolded in the background, Hilda focused her attention back on Nagisa, her eyes bright with curiosity and a hint of amusement. "What made you start this... garage sale? I feel like your wares could fetch a super high price if you were to sell them at a grand marketplace."

Nagisa's smile widened, her gaze sweeping over her cluttered tables with a fondness that only a creator could have for their creations. "My goal isn't to give the rich more riches," she explained with a wave of her hand, as if dismissing the very thought. "I want to change, surprise, and fulfill the lives of those not as blessed. So I make sure to look unassuming and pleasantly surprise everyone."

Meanwhile, the transformations of George and Manuel hit new peaks of intensity. George’s arms, now fully overtaken by feathers, had morphed into massive wings, each nearly as tall as she was. Manuel's legs had completely fused into one long, scaly appendage, her movements becoming more fluid and snake-like by the moment.

Both of them moaned simultaneously, their hands darting towards their lower bodies as the final touches of their transformations locked into place. They were now officially women, a fact that didn't seem to faze them as much as one might expect, given their situation.

Hilda giggled at their expressions. “Yeah, I know how that feels”, but quickly turned back to Nagisa. "Anyway, I can definitely confirm that if that's what you're going for, then you are doing that quite well."

"Why thank you," Nagisa sang, clearly delighted with the compliment. "Always glad to hear it."

"So, how much do you want for taking those two guys' manhoods?" Hilda joked, her tone light and teasing.

Nagisa burst into laughter, a sound as magical as the items she sold. "Hahaha! I'm willing to haggle for that," she replied, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

As they shared a laugh, Manuel's and George’s transformations continued to evolve. Manuel's eyes shifted into reptilian slits, her hips widening as her tail grew thicker and longer. George, on the other hand, felt her feet reshape into the talons of a bird, an adaptation she explored with tentative pecks at the ground.

Then, almost in sync, both of them moaned again as two massive breasts emerged on their chests, completing their new forms. The transformations were so smooth and swift that they barely had time to register shock before adapting to their new bodies.

"Looks like they're adjusting quite well," Nagisa noted, her tone mixed with pride and a hint of amusement as she observed the new women exploring their forms.

"Seems so," Hilda agreed, her gaze flitting between her newly transformed friends and Nagisa. "You really have a knack for this, don't you?"

"Let's just say, it's my calling," Nagisa replied, with a smile that said more than a thousand words. This girl loved what she was doing.

As Hilda watched the magical transformations came to a close, her friends' new forms taking on very distinct shapes. The two were now sporting scales and feathers, which was far from strange considering that Hilda had gone through the same before. "Hey girls, you doing okay?" she asked, a playful smirk playing on her lips.

Manuel, now fully transformed into a lamia with a long, sleek tail, looked both astonished and slightly annoyed. "Hey, you didn't tell us this would happen!" she exclaimed, then taking a second to realize that her tongue had done a snake-like flick. Very cute.

George, adjusting to her new harpy wings and the sudden weirdness of her body, chimed in, "Yeah! What the heck, Hilda?"

"Oh, calm your tits, girls," Hilda laughed, brushing off their complaints with a wave of her hand. "I told you I'd show you something you'd never forget. I think I delivered on that promise, right?"

George and Manuel exchanged a glance, their initial shock giving way to reluctant amusement. They couldn't argue with that, it was certainly a day to remember.

Hilda then pulled out her purse, sliding a note over to Nagisa. "My girlfriend told me how much she paid. Keep the change," she said with a grin.

Nagisa, still smiling at the spectacle, picked up the note and tucked it away. "Oh, but it's not fully done yet," she hinted, her eyes twinkling with anticipation.

As if on cue, Manuel's and George's clothes began to shift and change. With a flourish of magic, the fabric twisted and reformed. George's dress morphed into a regal gown fit for a harpy, accentuating her new curves while maintaining a dignified elegance, complete with a crown on her head. Manuel's attire took a wilder turn, her outfit becoming an exposed dress that showed off plenty of midriff, inner side boobs, and stomach. Very wild indeed.

"Oh my, this is perfect~" Hilda clapped her hands in delight, thoroughly pleased with the outcome.

"Told ya," Nagisa replied, her voice filled with satisfaction at another job well done.

Hilda turned to her newly transformed friends. "Alright, Gina. Mawa. Let's go~ We have our D&D group to meet."

Both Gina and Mawa paused, a new concern flickering across their faces. "Wait, did you just decide our new names for us?"

Hilda just winked. "Part of the package. Trust me, it'll grow on you."

“It already kinda did, not gonna lie~” Gina laughed, spinning around with her massive wings and striking a cute pose. “Ohohoho~ Something about this tells me that we are going to have so much fun~”

“You girls are unbelievable…” Mawa sighed, but her face couldn't help but break into a smile too. “Remind me to slap you a little bit later for doing this to us without asking first.”

“Fair enough.” Hilda declared, putting her arms over her two much more monstrous friends' shoulders, each of them smiling genuinely. Then squishing them closer into a massive hug, making a bouncy row of boobages as all the girls started laughing together.

And with that, they were off. What walked into Nagisa’s garage sale as a lamia and two guys had left as two lamias and a harpy.

What better outcome could you wish for?

I brought you two more victims. Now let's talk about how we should transform them~
