nice reaction. I hadn’t seen the original movie when I saw the show either. I think it probably is the case that you’re better off watching the movie, but having not seen the movie adds something as well. It’s like they all have a really deep history that you’re slowly let in to as the show goes on.

You’re right, the main character was Daniel (dark hair) Johnny was the antagonist. Funny though, watching as a kid I was team Daniel, rewatching movie now I’m Johnny lol. This show is so great, you see Johnny isn’t that bad and to be honest Daniel isn’t either. He’s just an annoying mr nice guy haha. If I were you I’d watch movie then rewatch ep1 on your own ☺️ ps so glad you’re doing this show, I luv it
