Hi! I want to guide you through my Patreon page and help you choose the best Tier for your needs.
First of all, I recommend you check the tier table image attached to this post to understand better what is included in each tier.
By Joining any Tier in my Patreon, you get a new monthly Minifantasy asset pack. On top of that, you also get access to all the Patreon exclusive assets, plus a voting perk to participate in the monthly poll that decides the theme of the upcoming Minifantasy pack.
If you just want to get a new pack every month plus all the juicy monthly extras, the $3 Orc Tier is an excellent option for you! :)
However, suppose you prefer to be more active in the Minifantasy community and directly impact the collection's future. In that case, you may want to have a look at the higher Patreon Tiers.
Starting from a $5 Orc Chief Tier, you will gain a voting perk to participate in 2 additional monthly polls to decide the extra Minifantasy content for the current month. These other polls are an 'Extra Features Poll' and a 'Creatures Poll'. You also get the perk of suggesting an option to be included in the 'Extra Feature Poll' every month.
Do you want even more control in the development of Minifantasy? Then, the $10 Troll Tier (limited to 20 Patrons) gets all the previous plus the amazing perk of suggesting one of the 'Theme Poll' options to decide the theme of the upcoming Minifantasy pack every month.
20$ Mimic Tier (limited to 12 Patrons) offers all the perks above plus the exclusive bonus of suggesting one of the 'Creatures Poll' options. Every month I make the most voted creatures.
Now I want to explain to you how I organize the work throughout the month.
I recommend you check the second image attached to this post to follow the explanation easily.
Every month is divided into 3 phases:
Suggestion Period
Voting period
Working Period
Suggestion Period
from day 15th to 22nd
Every month, on day 15th, I message all of you with Suggestion perks on Patreon to collect all your awesome ideas. Then, you have until the 22nd to answer my message back.
All the suggestions are recorded in the public Priority Lists. You can check this list anytime HERE.
Voting Period
from day 23rd to 29th
On day 23rd, I will make 3 different Patreon Polls with all the suggestions for each category: Theme Poll, Features Poll and Creatures Poll.
Orc Tier Patrons can only vote in the Theme Poll, while all the other higher tier Patrons can vote in all of them.
You will have until day 29th to choose your favourite options in each category. You can vote for more than one option per poll.
Based on the poll results, the next Minifantasy asset pack is decided, And the different Priority Lists (Features and Creatures) are rearranged.
Working Period
from day 1st to 30th
I will be working on both the new Minifantasy asset pack and the Patreon Extras during the entire month.
I will work on each category (Features and Creatures) on allocated days thought the month starting from the list entry with more votes. Then, I will progress down the lists, making as many entries as possible until the end of the month. Based on the complexity of the entries, I will make more or less of them in a given month.
The status of each entry is public, so you will know which ones have been already made.
Only 1 suggestion per person/list is allowed.
During the Suggestion Period, if your previously suggested entry has not been made, you can maintain it or change it for a new one.
The entries in the priority lists for Features and Creatures carry out all the previous votes if they are not completed during the current month. However, if you decide to change an old suggestion for a new one, all the accumulated votes are removed.
The Theme List entries DO NOT carry out previous votes. All the votes are set to zero at the beginning of the month, regardless they are new or old entries. However, there is a small bonus based on how long a theme has been in the list of +1 points per month old.
If there is a tie in the number of votes for two or more entries, the priority will be determined by the date of addition, having the older ones a higher priority.
