That's what I hear. My hacks for doing SUPER good burritos; slice up some avocado and spread it like butter on the tortilla, so you get even coverage. Make a cheap fresh salsa with diced jalapenos, thin slice red onions (use a potato peeler), fresh yellow corn, a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of butcher's salt. Cast iron skillet ALWAYS. Castelvetrano olives are incredible in burritos. And finally, I don't know what your grocery situation is like in MA, but Trader Joe's has these really good tortillas with chiles and onions baked into them; if you can find those, you won't be disappointed.

I'm exactly the kind of f'in idiot who puts black beans in a burrito. But then again, I'm also vegetarian (health reasons, not ethical reasons), and black beans pair better with veggies.
