Tremendous reaction, ladies! I was totally blown away by your empathetic reaction for all the suffering going on in this open war such as the hospital and district 12 and the torture of Peeta and the victors. Laura, you said it. There was a definite change in tone and intensity from the first movie. Magy, I loved your hatred of Snow, your keen perception of the strategic cat and mouse game between Snow and Katniss, your gem about liking it when people know their own worth and your understandable confusion over the love triangle between our heroes. But I think you both know which way she is leaning. By the way, the Hanging Tree song Katniss sang at the lake was written by a previous district 12 tribute who we will meet in the Songbirds and Snakes movie. Can't wait for you guys to watch Mockingjay part 2. Going to post a pic on Discord under memes- images-videos of the pin I got at the theater when I saw this movie a few years back. π§²π
