We are still waiting for Sync to answer what is the problem. It works on Desktop PC so it should be a bug or something. Meanwhile you can watch the reactions if you go to the library

There when you find the reaction you want instead of opening it click the 3 dots and choose to download it. Once you have it on your phone you can watch it and delete it after.
