There have been theories from the fandom on Sunset Shimmer's home or place in the early movies. And once it was disclosed that she did in fact reside in an apartment, that posed another question. How did she pay for the rent and basic utilities? The artwork sure seems to convey that truth. Needless to say, this is a great art piece to see and the variants are a nice touch on top of it.
