2020-11-14 01:29:43 +0000 UTCGood point, didn't think of the other option he had! but he's doing for the long run isn't he, wasn't Elliot and Gretchen's money only for the treatment? perhaps it his pride wasn't the only reason for him refusing it, it would have paid for his treatment but the main reason for him doing it was so that his family can have a stable life after he dies. Unless that isn't the case and I missed something I don't know! But yeah Walt shouldn't really be shocked that she did that, that's her way of saying it's over, he may live there but they aren't together. We all saw this coming many eps ago anyway. I look forward to seeing how this all goes down from now on, if Walt even wants to stay there still. Gonna binge a few episodes tomorrow so I'll know soon enough. 2019-11-03 00:37:07 +0000 UTCSkyler's done nothing wrong imo - she found out her husband is making meth, a drug responsible for much suffering, crime and illness, an extremely dangerous business that (despite them not knowing) has brought two axe men into her home that would likely have brutally murdered them all had they all been home and Mike not been watching. Then her husband, that she's too scared to go to the police for the fallout of her family, forces his way back in the family home, putting them all at risk, and she feels she can't escape him, moving out herself would subject Walt Jr living in some dive shitty apartment she could get with her part time salary - as far as she's concerned their marriage is over, despite him moving back in against her will she's still separated from him, so out of desperation she tries to get him to leave by sleeping with her boss. "He done it for your family" - Swallowing his pride and taking the money freely offered by Elliot and Gretchin and not selling meth would have been 'doing it for his family' imo :P that's the bit that makes the 'doing it for family' excuse not work as he had another offer that'd have totally avoided all this back in season 1 but was too prideful to accept it.
