Possible new rewards

So far these are what I'm thinking of going with for new rewards and I might put them into practice in the new year. What do you guys think do these sound good to you?

Will the 150$/100$ be first come first serve? And will ya give us a heads up prior to adding the new tiers, some of us are on different time periods/sleep schedules
