• Yuca Frita : Vegetarian-safe, Lactose free. Yuca Frita is a fried casava. Simply put they are akin to potatoes and they are cut and prepared like french fries. very popular Colombian side dish and can be found in virtually every Colombian restaurant.

• Jerk Chicken : Lactose Free. Jerk chicken, a spicy grilled-meat dish mostly associated with Jamaica but common throughout the Caribbean. Jerk refers to a style of cooking in which the main ingredient—which most often is chicken but may also be beef, pork, vegetables—is coated in spices and slow-cooked over a fire or grill. the resulting smoke is key to the flavour of the dish.

• Cuban Sandwich : A Cuban sandwich is a variation of a ham and cheese sandwich. It is made with ham, mojo, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and sometimes salami on Cuban bread.
