Yes, The Voight-Kampff test will be in the game. To some extent, its logic should resemble L.A. Noir interrogations, even tho -as seen in the movie- you'll get some hints from the machine itself by watching to its display. But then again, it's your call: you're in charge and more often than not all you'll really need to trust is your judgement. ;)
