The Fastest Path to Every Weapon

Hey Vaati, love this video! I'm the same with how I begin new characters. Just wondering what chest piece your character is wearing at 3:54? I haven't finished the game yet, but I'm aware of a number of the armor sets and I can't pick that one. The 'cape' on that looks fantastic.
