Next destination polls!
Added 2020-04-30 16:00:29 +0000 UTCHey everyone, so while we're hustling along the final combined maps for the Feywild + Underdark areas as well as the assets, we'll be putting up the polls for this month's update. We've received some new suggestions since our last poll, so we're adding them to the list in addition to the previous suspects!
- Dwarven Stronghold: an underground dwarven citadel with forges, smithies, forts, and shrines of lost Dwarven gods! It'll be slightly Steampunk in theme in terms of gadgetry. This one will be more urban centric than the volcano option.
- Aztec Temple: An Indiana Jones style jungle tomb. Most likely it'll be a whole pyramid as the main map, with segments of add-on tombs and traps for bonus maps.
- Volcano: The main map will likely be a climb up to the mouth of the volcano, with accompanying maps being underground forges, dwarven roads, and caves.
- Fortress: It's a fortress, grey and strong - a medieval fortress in its entirety, plus bonus maps of nearby battlegrounds, warzones, and secret chambers. We'll likely make (in addition to day/night variants) a winter and abandoned version of it as variation.
- Desert: Bone ruins, desert shanty-towns, archaeology sites, and half-buried temples. The main map itself will likely be an unstructured area ringed with bones and part of a buried temple.
- Pastoral: A number of hamlets and villages, with a concentration of farmland assets and making modular, customizable farmland instead.
And that's all! As usual, you can vote for more than one option. If the most popular option is tied or very close, we'll do both of them back to back. This poll will run until the 8th of May.
