You can always use creative liberties to make the weapon a little smaller. Or creative liberties to make her be able to stretch to that size even if it’s unrealistic. I’ve seen some videos of real life women taking some pretty horrifiy sized things. So even though it is somewhat unrealistic. It’s not completely out of the realm of real possibility.
