The Best Fantasy Tight Ends for 2018

Tight End is both the thinnest AND the most intriguing position group in fantasy football this year. Check out my thoughts on this year's draft-worthy crop, and why there are several different strategies around tight ends that are being debated this summer!

Hi Brett would be great if you could share W the spreadsheet with me - cocy53@gmail.com- drafting this Friday!

If you could add me to the email list for the rankings that would be appreciated. colew1228@gmail.com

Hands down best fantasy football content I've ever seen. So pumped for this season!! Not sure if you send out your ranking sheets personally, but if you do, can you send them to mcgaha88@icloud.com? Thanks!

i would also love to get on the ranking list. Kgiegeri99@gmail.com.

Brett,

dorsnapir@yahoo.com

Can you send me the rankings?

Thanks for all the rankings Brett! Mind sharing the excel to michaelsmith21498@gmail.com? Thanks!

Thanks for your hard work and dedication Brett. Can you share the excel files? jtcox52@gmail.com . Thanks!

Brett, I tell everyone this is THE guy for NFL content. Love everything you said about the eagles last season, changed how i watched their games. Please share excel for FF to mattcoop09@gmail.com

Love your content. Mind sharing the Excel? lucasartmann@gmx.de Cheers and keep it Up

Hello Brett, great content. Could you share excel sheets to bkaracik13@alm.ku.edu.tr (gmail) that would be highly appreciated.

spreadsheets please twjtimothy@gmail.com also I feel valuing saquon and odell at first round AND engram as a top 5 tight end a bit much for a qb that isn't elite? i feel like either those players are overrated or eli is underrated, what are your thoughts

Hey brother, love the content! Went full binge-mode on almost all of your videos this weekend. Thanks for all of the hard work! I would love to get your updated rankings, if possible- blsteller@alaska.edu appreciate it Brett!

I am extremely low on the Bills offense as a whole. Perhaps Clay still does deserve to be drafted, but I honestly don't expect much out of him this year with a shakier QB situation and an exodus of OL talent that could stagnate the whole team

Love the videos man , if there's any way you could send the excel files for fantasy rankings for each position to josephvitello716@gmail.com it would be much appreciated, thank you

Hey Brett. Killing it in the NFL content game; there's no other breakdown material in sport that I appreciate more than yours. I have my live draft next Friday and would be stoked to prepare with your excels, if it's possible to get a copy I am at cameron.benson@outlook.com Keep it up man

Hi Brett, first I want to let you know I love the content you put out, it's clear each video you release has a ton of hours put into it and well throughout commentary. I like what your thoughts are on waiting for value at the position. Last year I passed on Gronk, Olson and Reed and got Ertz in the 6th and he won me so many of my weeks. I think I'm going to do the same this year and target Evan Engram. When you have a second can you please send me your ranking sheet? Benjamin.Urban@colorado.edu Thank you and keep up the incredible work!

Hey Brett, love your videos. If there's any way you could send the excel files for fantasy rankings for each position to rthomp@stanford.edu that would be awesome.

Are your rankings based on a 12 team league???

Hey Brett, new time viewer here. I love the videos! As a fan watching football for years, it's nice to view content more in depth than the surface level "establish the run" commentary from other mainstream places. Anyways, I was wondering if you could send me the excel files for the fantasy football rankings to robert@frenken.net. Keep up the good work!

Oh, I'd also love to see your current rankings for all the positions if it's ok to send the spreadsheets over to andrewjaysimpson@hotmail.com - cheers!

Love the videos Brett. My TE strategy is similar to your own - if one of the top 3 are available in the 3rd or 4th I'll grab them, otherwise I'm looking at later round value. I like the look of Njoku and OJ Howard, both going into their 2nd year. Fitzpatrick actually connected reasonably well with Howard in a couple of games last year as well. Having said that, Cameron Brate is still legitimate competition for targets and I think a lot of folk seem to have forgotten about him. Another who seems to be off everyone's radar who could provide late round value is Charles Clay who must be one of the more reliable pass-catchers in Buffalo, although not a very exciting pick.

TE has become such a crapshoot I'm considering lobbying my league on not even having it as a starting position next year. Essentially have 2 Pass-Catcher spots instead of 2 WR spots in our lineups. That way if you have a Gronk or Kelce or Ertz, you can start them in one of those 2 spots or flex them. That way the rest of the league that all but certainly has a trash TE doesn't suffer immeasurably when they get 2 catches for 8 yards every week.

Hey Brett, is it me or are tight ends trash in general in FF? By my chart Gronk #1 TElast year scored less points than the #14 RB. Who would take him in the 3rd? Mohumad Sanu Outscored all but the top 5 TE! Im using Yahoo FF Standard charts from 2017 season.

PEE PEE POO POO

Devout Ravens fan here. Hurst will be a BIG name by seasons end. Flacco operates best with a safe-handed, reliable tight end. He has been tearing up training camp. I will definitely be having him on my roster. well worth a late pick to get on your team. Solid enough blocker too which will mean he stays on the field for all 3 downs.

Also curious about your thoughts on Hayden Hurst. At 24 y/o, he doesn’t fit the typical bill for a rookie TE.

Hey, thanks for another great Input! I was wondering what you think about Charles Clay, as he was i think a TE5 or so before his injury last year. Also, what about Hurst? Thanks in advance and greetings from you biggest fan out of Berlin, Germany!
