That's right, our Patreon is back online! There is a lot to explain so let's get started with our Patreon before we dive into the projects we're currently working on. We've already done some minor alterations to the tiers so please review them to make sure you're alright with all the changes. We're opening back up early in November so everyone has plenty of time to decide if they want to continue their patronage before they're charged. We may have some aesthetic changes coming shortly in the future.
I'm sure there are many wondering why I shut down my Patreon in the first place. I'd like to answer that question as best I can. I never intended to quit writing stories but I did fumble the ball pretty hard with Penny's prologue. I tried to make Penny's game appealing to a larger audience and in turn, I twisted it into something that wasn't what I'd envisioned. With some thought and reflection, I've decided to do some alterations to Penny's story to bring it closer to my original vision.
Not everything that I'm going to do with Penny is going to make everyone happy. That's a reality that I've struggled with coming to terms with but it is, in fact, the situation. Instead of trying to make everyone happy with one game, I'm going to be working on two
game simultaneously. A Petal Among Thorns will be my male protagonist game that focuses more on sex while Penny's game will be more focused on her story.
We're going to eliminate the option for Cassian to be a protagonist. Moving into Chapter 1 the story is going to be Third Person Limited with Penny at the helm. The main story will follow her journey of finding who attacked her base back in Egypt. Cassian will be a very important character still and her relationship with him will grow even further while she grooms him to become an even better man and a leader.

Planned Flavors for Penny's game:
As the Chapters progress, we'll slowly bring more girls into Penny's harem. The planned flavors will be Lesbian, Masturbation, Toys, Domination, Corruption, Exhibition, Role-Playing, Threesome, and Bondage. Others may be added as the game goes on but I'll always be clear about what you're getting into and most flavors will be skippable. This will very much be about Penny exploring her sexuality and trying new things as her first relationship was with Octavia and her experiences before her relationship with Octavia were extremely limited. If you've played Avalon, you know how open Leah is to bringing other girls into her relationships. We're going to play on this and allow Penny to be sexually involved with other women.

We'll see Penny's relationship expand outside of just Leah and she'll be building a harem of her own. I have some great ideas for sexual content. Though, again, it won't be the feature of this novel. I'm going to spend this month planning out the story and next month I'll do some edits on the prologue. I'm not going to start working on Chapter 1 of Penny's game until A Petal Among Thorns is finished.
APAT should be finished early in 2022. I'm shooting for a February final release but I don't want to commit too hard to that because I'd like to stuff the final Chapter with as much content as I can.
I know a lot of people don't like it when a developer works on two games at the same time. The truth is that working on a single project has been poor for my health. I love A Petal Among Thorns but there are a lot of sex scenes and those can wear me down very quickly. Being able to mix it up with a few Penny scenes to work on while I'm recovering from the hard work of sex scenes is actually a productive and smart move.
A Moment of Bliss and Penny for Your Thoughts will start development around February of next year. If this is not something you're comfortable with, I understand. You will not be charged anything until the first of next month so you have plenty of time to withdraw. I appreciate your support dearly but it's also important to me that I'm open and transparent with you all.
I'm going to work on a better breakdown of my schedule for you all that I should have ready in the near future. I'll let you know my general plan moving forward and the goals that I'm shooting for regarding releases and content creation.

Yeah, two projects at once has surprising advantages and it doesn't slow down my progress because I get rather unmotivated after rendering on one project for 6 hours or so. If I switch over to another project, I can get reinvigorated with a new scene and a new environment. I'm excited to work with Penny again too. She's very special to me.

Super happy you're planning to continue Penny's game on your own terms. You have a specific vision, and it doesn't have to please everyone. Still, you have a lot of fans who will follow you wherever.
