Dear Fans,
The main scene of the final half of Act 7 is complete. I really like some of the renders I was able to do. It all played out exactly as I wanted it to so I'm really happy about it. I was also able to set some things up for Leah so she can more easily be implemented into PfyT.
A big challenge with Leah is that I don't want any NTR or anything that can be construed as NTR. So I'm relying on you guys to tell me what you want from her in PfyT. Her plotline is malleable and I'm really going to let the fans sort of deciding her romantic direction in Penny's game. She is one of the single most gorgeous characters I've ever seen in an Adult Visual Novel so I don't want her to have two short little Acts and then be done. So you guys decide! Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see from Leah after Avalon is completed.
I finalized the Main Character's look for PfyT. He's much different than Byron in every way. From looks to personality, this is an extremely unique main character. He will be similarly competent like Penny but in a very different way. I know that makes it sound like they'll both be virtually unstoppable together but we're going to see a new and egregious enemy in Penny's game that will adequately challenge both Penny and Cassian. But I'm going to be sure to keep every ounce of Penny's humor and pranks. Absolutely.
I've been rolling the complaints concerning the lack of sexual content in Avalon around in my head. If you feel like there should be more sexual content in my work, please tell me. It is not my intention to purposefully gear away from what you guys want from my creative labors. This was an especially difficult visual novel to add sexual content because of the trauma aspect. But for Penny's game, I'm going to try my damnedest to put a healthy amount of sexual content into it. If it isn't enough or if it's too much or literally any complaints, please just let me know. I'll try my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
I have two more characters to create for PfyT and then we'll be ready to go. But I'm not going to start building renders for Penny's game until Avalon is finished. We're looking at a late October to possibly mid-November release. That's the target I'm aiming for. I've been working longer hours than ever before, I'm pushing myself really hard to get this done because I know you're all curious to see how Avalon ends.
I wish I could show you guys more but I don't want to spoil anything so here's Dallas being hot just by existing.

Agree, make the game/story you want. There is one general in the Avalonverse and that is you pal.

2020-09-30 19:26:48 +0000 UTCI for one prefer VNs where the story is king/queen and the sex flows naturally out of the story. Think about Game of Thrones. Sure, there is sex in the story, but it isn't the primary driver. There is an interesting story to tell first, and the sexy time is just (lots of) icing on the cake. I realize the VN community is full of people interested in the sex, because that happens to be a lot of what early VNs were focused on. However, a good story will give your game staying power. However, it will likely limit the number of people throwing you money on Patreon. I say focus on the game you want to write. Let it be what it is. If you want to, later you could write a sex focused VN if you want to attract more of those sorts of people.

I don't know who is complaining about what, but I think their are plenty of other games to serve other peoples fetishes and needs. Making Penny for Your Thoughts like every other fuck-of-the-moment game I think would ruin what you are building here. Do what you want with your stories. Becoming a people-pleaser in my opinion ruins perfectly good games and writers in this genre.
