That's entirely fair and I'm probably reading too much into it π I guess because Buffy is so canonically strong I didn't think of it that way.

Taekwondo was created to fight mounted armiesβ¦ the largest and strongest muscles in my body are in my legsβ¦ I have a better chance of surviving if I use them and use my arms for grappling and throwing.
