2025-02-06 18:56:38 +0000 UTCWee ones are able to push all the buttons in all the right places 😅 I get my wee one to do a "bear breath" which is a breath in and a long exhale.... to scare away any bears...we don't have any in the UK but we scare them away with our breath apparently 🤣 It just sort of happened in response to a fear over "bears" the wee one did. The long exhale is the trick to downregulating your nervous system 😄 Anyways take a bear breath when you need it 🐻🌬 You're not the only one who has lost it so try not feel bad about it xxx
