One of the big expenses Project Parrots plans to fund next month is Ava's second surgery for removal of rocks in her system. This surgery is $5,000 each time she has it done but the good news is that it is minimally invasive (more on that another time).

I want to ensure birds that are touched and helped and even placed by Project Parrots have the best chance of staying in their forever homes and sometimes that means some financial aid - being in the position to do that because of all of you means the world to me, these birds and their forever homes.
