The subreddit is actually decent in my experience and not very active but I get it. Seconding that I need this bumper sticker. officially license the design. @The Jane One, I'm bi but I've only ever been in straight relationships and don't see why my family would need to know I'm LGBTQ+. It doesn't feel like I'm keeping it from them, it's just something I haven't told them, like I also haven't told them about x favorite movie etc. It doesn't concern them unless I'm serious about someone enough to bring them to a holiday. So maybe I have a privileged POV being cishet-passing, but I say just let your grandma assume what she wants to assume unless you're thinking about getting engaged to someone. π€·ββοΈ If you believe in an afterlife, wait to tell her then, and she won't have to ever worry which place you get into which I think is where a lot of family-directed homophobia comes from. Also the Bible never says anything about lesbians, just gay men, to which Jesus basically says "let them" (Matthew 19:12)
