She's not growing out of proportions, she is just rising up and she have the right leg bent on her front (so the boob is put on her way) while the other still on knee.

2017-05-01 00:04:17 +0000 UTCA definite Red-Eyes moment in the Second Panel. Though I can't tell if that's her [Feathers'] leg or just her growth getting way out of proportion beneath her right breast in the last panel.
