Rhallah's Inn Update: I got in trouble

Sooooo... You all know about the crack down on NSFW content in places like Steam and Redgifs? Well, it looks like it is flowing into Patreon as well. Almost all the NSFW content I have made in the Free Members section has been reported and either hidden or is pending being hidden.

So what does this mean? Saddly, to make sure I am inline with the ToS consistantly, I will need to remove many of the NSFW pieces that involve sexually gratifying works from the Free Member pages and move them to paid membership tier. I will be able to post some NSFW content in the free section, but it will be limited to things such as nude pinups. Anything featuring "fun" will need to go through the paid tiers... (I'm sorry huns)

"What can we do!"
Saddly not to much. Just please, for those of you in democratic countries. Please focus on voting in people who support freedom of speech and expression wherever possible. Where I am, I have to regularly use a VPN just to upload some content (animations), and I don't see it getting any easier anytime soon.

I have. I am not a fan of their platform systems. They also have similar problems (had a friend banned there) Patreon has been the easiest to work with oddly enough. They just push it behind paid becuase its hownthey make money

...well, shit :( Sorry to hear that, Rhallah. I'll try to stay in the paid tier for as long as I'm able (may occasionally need to dip out for a month or two at a time for budget reasons). What's bizarre about this is, there have been a few cases in the past (the OnlyFans fiasco from 2021/2022 being the main one that comes to mind) where apparently the site or platform in question had a big problem with child pornography. And in those cases, I can at least SORT OF understand the decision... CP is a serious problem, and these sites probably just overreached while trying to address it. What I don't understand is how we've shifted from that to "any kind of NSFW content that doesn't flow through 'conventional' online porn sites is now problematic because reasons". Have you considered SubscribeStar? A few artists I follow who got burned by DeviantArt and/or Patreon seem to have had better luck there.
