Yes good catch, the Black Serpent is the third one from Daphne, the Witch of Gluttony! And as you said, Pandora wasn't there at the Tea Party. She is calling herself the Witch of Vanity, which isn't one of the deadly sins as we know them (pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony, and sloth). Rather than time, as shown with her saying "Bishop Corneas shouldn't be here, he's in his mansion with his wives" and he suddenly disappeared, then "I've sent the noisy young man away" basically implies that she rewrote reality to conform to her statements. It also affected reality in reverting the damage Regulus had made on Geuse. What is crazy is what follows. Geuse took the Factor in front of Regulus, so removing Regulus would technically call into question in this timeline, the fact that he took the Factor. But no, she's able to selectively rewrite the reality into one where he still took it without Regulus being there. "I'll not rewrite the fact of you taking on the Witch Sloth Factor". That's crazy honestly...
