Many expected a fancy girly mermaid but NOPE! Went for elegant boy in sea instead ohoho! โฅ I spent so long time on this design. All the tiny details and trying to keep it balanced and not over detailed. I do not want Annies to be too hard to redraw, which is important for me.
The original colour scheme was going to be dark blue and red. But he looked so truly evil and the previous Mythical also had a dark blue theme so I decided to change my interception of it.
