It's Seido's first game of the summer, his first game starting as the ace, (if they lose then their third years are GONE), Eijun's first time BEING the ace, and he's holding on to all the hopes, dreams, and regrets of his team. Furuya already had to do this the previous year, but the difference is that he got the ace number during the fall, so they still would've had this summer afterward to go crazy if he had failed. (Ochiai's original plan was to have the team do just that last year.) Can't underestimate Coach Sakaki though, he's a demon.

And it's also very satisfying to have Kuramochi and Haruichi, they're a scary duo both in defense and attack. Edit: You realize how stressful this game actually is, when you hear Lax saying "what more can I say?" after speaking for only 2 minutes XD
