It was so frustrating to see Eijun come in to shut them down, then get on base twice for it to amount to nothing. I think everyone needed that Kousei/Eijun interaction after that, lol.

Prior to Furuya and Eijun. Seido's weakness has always been not having a clear ACE. So with Furuya doing great in Koshien, I can understand why the people in the organization would hold on hope that Furuya will pull through. It was not the right decision and they failed to recognize Eijun properly, but I can understand why people had such high hopes that finally someone, in this case Furuya, could finally be a strong ACE. Mei in someways was also curious if Furuya will be able to overcome the pressure or be crushed by it.

Kosei is dope. He's such a good pitcher and he's a great character. It's nice to see a rival pitcher who doesn't care much about Furuya but recognizes greatness in Eijun. One of the top pitchers in Japan easily and he's only looking at Eijun.

Just a fyi, if you bunt with 2 strikes and it rolls foul then you are out. So its a risky play, you looked a little confused about it haha.

oh boi, this is literally a "sawamura" season. for those of you who watch haikyuu, this season is like how season 3 was for tsukishima, its the insane character developement and growth for Sawamura :).

Kosei is dope, and really just loves the game. I always say if I was to do a draft, and Hongo and Mei are already taken. Kosei without a doubt is my pick for my ace. In terms of the Furuya vs Eijun situation. Furuya from season 1 was the starter for seido since Tanba went down. Eijun in general only appeared few innings at a time and as he improved he has gotten multiple innings. In general the Starter or the Ace eats most of the innings. As of right now Furuya has the higher body of work, and the highest peak with what he has done on the biggest stage. We are on Eijun side because we see his story. Part of the reason this series is so great is Eijun is not instantly the best player and you must play him. At this moment in time from an outside point of view from the fans, scouts, and even other teams the focus is on Furuya because he has been the focus since their first year. The monster rookie turned National star. From a team perspective he would be focused on because the number does mean something it's giving to who deserved it. Personally I think the entire coaching staff is doing everything wrong right now, but I can't blame the team their are kids doing their roles.

I think the coach definitely would switch maybe a bit later, It's not that coach and Miyuki didn't believe in Eijun they wanted to believe in Ace, but of course, it affected Eijun and actually should be affected Kawakami too I'm also mad for Miyuki because in past he was like "if u pitch shit then out of the mound" like in Ugumori game to Furuya, but now he also was like too soft And coach also switches players and changes team if he thinks that need to be done for the team like with Masuko and Zono Actually, I like future decisions of Kataoka so just keep watching)

That "Ooooooh!" reaction after Eijun got a hit will always be soooo funny to me HAHAHAHA. And I soooo agree with everything you said after this episode. Anyway, Amahisa and Eijun's interaction is just one of my favorites. and Fun fact: Amahisa's Voice Actor is the same as Bokuto, while Eijun's Voice actor is the same as Akaashi. This made me love their dynamic more hahaha Great reaction, as always! <3 Thank you again!!
