As someone who played club ball, one touch passing across the entire field is insane. Growing up, playing at a level where you can play with just two touches is very high level. Trap the ball with your first touch, and pass with the second touch. With just that there's a lot that goes into it. Your movement off the ball, field awareness on and off the ball, etc. Loved that they pointed this out in this episode because the fact that they are one touch passing the ball up the field, and playing out of position, shows how well trained they are at this academy
