Baleygr is the name Legions gives to Shin's unit; it means One with the Flaming Eyes. Shin is noticed by Legions by his fighting skills and also, if you remember Kiri briefly mentioned it last ep, Legions knows that he can sense the Legions units (except the one in sleeping mode, it's how Shin did not sense the "real unit" of Kiri), so they want to capture him and have his brain (the reason that No Face stopped Kiri attacking Shin is that Kiri would cause a severe damage to Shin)
