Progress Update for v0.10 #11

I don't have too much new content to show here, as most of the work has been on testing and polishing, and ensuring that Part 4 is actually working and playable.
I still have to do some final additions, but it's pretty close to ready. I look forward to releasing it as soon as possible.
The release will probably be between 1-2 weeks away. Thanks for waiting!
