Patreon Tier Update

Today I've followed through on the decision of modifying the reward tiers. The changes are as follows:
- The $2 reward tier's price has been reduced to $1.
- The $5 reward tier's discount has been changed from 25% to 15%.
I am hoping this change will allow support to be more accessible, and that the change in the discount is understandable. If you have any questions or concerns, do let me know.
