March 2020 update
Added 2020-04-01 03:50:12 +0000 UTCWell, it's the end of another month, and this month was a tough one for me. The current situation of the world with the coronavirus pandemic had left me very sad and nervous, and the motivation to draw new stuff has been low. There wasn't much of new original content for me, although I did managed to make two commissioned pieces, and also colored a couple of other artist's drawings cause I thought that could help to lift my spirits.
To end this month I wanted to create this piece which combines two of my most favorite things in animation, Barrissoka and Steven Universe. If you know the series, you will get the reference behind this illustration. This drawing I started on my iPad, however as I was working on it the art app was constantly crashing, making me loose progress, so I had no choice but to finish it on my Mac, but at least I managed to record a little bit of the process.
Also, as a special bonus, I'm giving you guys the 4K res version of this image to my tier 1 patrons as well, it's already up on my archives, as well as the rest of the files and illustrations done this month.
