What you mentioned at around 13 minutes actually happened at Dynamite August 24, 2022, when Moxley and Punk were going to fight to unify the AEW World Championship and it was Punk's first match back while Mox have been defending the interim championship regularly. The match started and everyone was expecting a fight and Mox beats Punk in like 6 minutes. It was awesome lol

2024-10-27 13:23:07 +0000 UTCThe move Hiromu used to finish Ospreay is called Time Bomb II (his usual finisher is Time Bomb). He debuted it in this match so the commentary did not know the name of the move. There's this trend of the big Japanese matches (& some of the big North American matches) that if you can't beat your opponent with all of your moveset including your finisher, you pulled off your one last ultimate move, called "Super Finisher", to do the the job. "Super Finisher" is heavily protected that once you hit it, it's over; therefore its usage is usually rare but it's getting a liitle more common these days since everybody is casually kick out of each other's finisher. Some examples for Super Finishers are Hiromu's Time Bomb II in this match, or Ospreay's Tiger Driver '92

2024-10-27 09:40:28 +0000 UTCI think the commentary already mentioned this, but in case you did not notice here's a little extra context along with the correct timeline: Hiromu wins the 2018 Best Of Super Junior, then beat Ospreay (who won the belt earlier that year's Wrestle Kingdom) for the title that summer. His first defense the following month was against Dragon Lee in the US soil, but a botched move from the latter accidentally broke Hiromu neck. Hiromu somehow finished the match & retained the title, but felt unconscious backstage & later rushed to the hospital. He was out of action the whole time (as there's fear that this was a career-threatening injury) til this very match with Ospreay which happened in Jan 2020. Meanwhile as you know Ospreay beat Shingo to win 2019 BOSJ & then defeat then champion Dragon Lee to win the juniors belt. He dominated the whole division til he claimed that there's no one left, Hiromu made his surprise return to challenge for the belt that he never lost at the first place. Within this match you can notice the crowd gasped everytime Will went for a major move that might heavily damage Hiromu's neck, worrying that it might cause Hiromu to lose & get injured (in kayfabe). One more thing is Will going into this match as a face, but a cocky & confident one. Meanwhile Hiromu is more of a tweener (kind of anti-hero, neither heel nor face) that is overly beloved by the audience.
