I still remember the audible gasp from people when he took the jacket off and everyone saw his chest. Seth’s Dusty outfit was an amazing troll job too. A bit of a shame you guys didn’t see their WrestleMania Backlash match but now that you’ve seen this there’s no real reason to react to that.

It was just free hanging not attached to any bone. The doctor told him ahead of time that it can’t get worse but also told him about the amount of pain he’ll experience if he goes through with the match, and Cody went through with it anyway because he’s insane. Around this time, some people were complaining that Cody hadn’t earned his opportunities he got following his return at Wrestlemania. That he didn’t face enough “adversity”. Cody shut those people up and earned EVERYONE’s respect due to this match and his career was better for it.

And Cody said he nearly threw up when he did the Cody Cutter at the start that how much pain he was in
