MMD 0.8p release for 2$+ patrons

This update is huge, way bigger than what we have planned. So without further ado, in this update you will find:
- 4.5 new girls!
- 2 new CGs
- 1 new classmate
- A new manticore audio
- 1 new dungeon
- A quest!
- And the final boss of MMD (prepare to have your ass handed to you)
Disclaimer: the final boss reward is still very much unfinished but we still wanted to release in march so it is there in all it's unfinished glory. It still has to be voiced properly and animated (*wink wink*). We are hard at work (nice) to finish her as fast as possible (double nice combo!) and give her to you in the next patreon special update.
