NEW MOD: Searchable Visit Menu

This adds a search bar to the "Visit With" household selector and allows players to search for households by name. This is the menu that appears when you click visit from the map view.

When you have tons of custom events/careers, it can be difficult to find which one we want in the list... And since the event are not listed in alphabetical order, it is even more difficult to find what we're looking for...
