✉️ Register for the RPGtoons "Secret Santa" Mail! ✉️

At the request of some of our lovely patrons in the Discord server, we're running a Secret Santa-style mail exchange event! If this event is successful, we'll look at doing a gift-based one closer to the holiday season. Participation is as follows:

- Sign up using this form by 16th September 2020.

- A match-making form will be emailed to you on or just after the sign up deadline where you can enter your address. Please complete this form by 20th September of you won't be included in the exchange!

- Receive your match

- Post a letter, postcard or small piece of mail to your match by 4th October

- Share your mail in the #mail channel in our Discord server!

Rules & Information

- Please send something small, eg, a postcard, a letter, a drawing. 

- Participation is free! The only cost you will incur is the postage of your letter.

- Please be aware, you may be matched with someone overseas.

- Please submit your full name and address so that your mail has the best chance of arriving safely to you! Many countries have postal rules that discard mail that doesn't have the official name of the recipient on.

- Only the organiser of this event (Rose) and your Secret Santa match will be able to see the details you enter into this exchange.

- By submitting your information to this exchange, you are agreeing to send a piece of mail to your match by 4th October. (It's no fun to be the person that doesn't get anything, so please don't be the one that makes that a reality!)

- You can choose to remain anonymous as a sender if you wish! 

- Feel free to share what you receive from your match in our Discord server! We'd love to know how this goes to see if we can do a holiday themed one later this year, and it's nice to see what people send.
