I love this!! Could you try and make them rummage-able as well? My games keep glitching and there are never any options to dig around in them... It makes gameplay 100x harder.

Eventually yes, that's how I'd like it to behave. Will probably start a beta release with just the visuals first. The pack doesn't let you interact with trash.

Will Sims be able to interact with the trash, like pick it up or find things in it, or like throwing own trash arround? I don't have the pack yet so I don't know what already works.

OMG. I didn't ask that because I thought it would be tricky, but I AM HERE FOR IT! I also think that trash despawning from NAP's it's silly. I'm excited for this! Give sense to that nice (but poorly designed) system EA created! :D

Not at this time, I personally find trash being an on/off via certain NAPs a poor design choice. I had expected trash to scale based on how industrial your footprint is, and that's the system you're seeing in the video (just scaled to be quick for demo purposes) You can see the footprint actually changes to industrial when the heavier amounts of trash spawn.

OMG. Thank you so much for this! I discovered the layer system recently when I was digging trough the code searching for a way to activate NAP's on districts with unplayed househoulds. I saw the potential but I didn't have the skills to actually replicate that in other wolrlds. This is something EA should've done to give sense to the pollution thing outside Evergreen Harbour! Are you planning to add this through NAP's or something like that?
