Another peak at T.O.O.L.
Added 2019-07-23 20:57:26 +0000 UTCTOOL is still in development, decided to rework some of the interface, and added new visuals for things like rotation.
I'm also splitting out the Move functionality to separate "Move" and "Elevate" options, so it's a bit less confusing to move an object.
Working to get it out soon :)
