EXTERNAL OVERLAY TUTORIAL EPISODE 1 SOURCE CODE

Currently this code:
- Creates a new window to render DirectX
- Makes the window transparent, pass through input to the window behind it and ensures the overlay stays on top, on top of games, etc
- Renders some text in the top left corner of the screen which could be used in a cheat as a watermark or a menu, etc
- Hopefully more to come!
