This was the first video that I have come across. I clicked half expecting to spend the time getting ‘mansplained’ the whole thing. The thoughtful way that you take us along as you learn is absolutely refreshing, and I have been binging ever since to get caught up. I love the tone of your videos!!

Thank you so much for sharing! This is fascinating. As a biologist, there's one thing that I feel compelled to weigh in on - Arabidopsis isn't technically a grass, it's actually a dicot (broad-leaved plant) that happens to be skinny and grow interspersed with grass. I know, not a meaningful distinction for most people, and it doesn't change the value of this video. I love the engineer's perspective on this! Biologists would probably be a lot more concerned with what environmental conditions are most conducive to seed dispersal, and final distances that seeds can go, rather than speed or acceleration at the time of "launch". But that's what makes this exploratory model so much fun! Keep it up!
