Yes there's a lot of Japanese tourists, they travel to Korea more than anywhere else. I believe the same is true the other way too. It's like a 1 hour flight, super easy and cheap. The greeting to the cafe isn't just welcome to Rain Report, they're saying "Today's weather is Rain Report." It not a big deal, but I not a fan of changing the translation for no reason.
