I also have a split opinion for the song and video! The mv I give a solid TEN! I’m so happy that she didn’t do yet another Blackpink copy and paste mv that they’ve been doing since 2018! I LOVE the style and playful artistry of the video; THANK YOU Lisa for that! For the first time since 2018, someone in this group is finally showing some growth; that is soooo long over due! As for the song, WITHOUT Rosalia’s part, I give it a 9.5!!! Rosalia’s verse “in MY opinion” almost killed this song completely for me; and drops this song from a 9.5 to a 4! That verse “in MY opinion” did absolutely NOTHING to enhance or elevate this song; and was so unnecessary; almost like they plucked it from something else and just stuck it in the middle just because they could! Overall, I applaud Lisa for stepping out of her comfort zone and doing something different! I’m just hoping she includes another version (though I usually don’t like remixes) that is just Lisa!
